Braeden Sumner is a dedicated actor, model, writer, and producer with a dynamic portfolio in fashion, music, and film. Based in Los Angeles, she’s dedicated to bringing her unique energy and dedication to her acting career. Braeden’s educational background includes a BFA in Photography from Parsons, The New School for Design, where she developed a keen eye for visual storytelling. She also completed acting training at Stella Adler’s New York campus in the Spring of 2024 and Upright Citizen’s Brigade in Los Angeles in the Fall of 2024, sharpening her skills in both dramatic and comedic performance.

She has gained experience in various on-screen projects, including a starring role as Shawna Grayson in the web short Mindcrawler by Vik Ramen. Her acting credits also feature a role in How Was Your Weekend? by Cam Banfield, currently in post-production, and a supporting role in Toxic: Into The Abyss, directed by Jason Power, set for release in the festival circuit.

Braeden’s talent extends to playing more intense roles, such as portraying an evil angel entity in It Visits Me, a short film by Cameron Gallagher produced by Black Mountain Visuals. This film was recognized as a semifinalist at the Cannes Indie Shorts Awards in 2024. Additionally, she has been featured in three music videos: Le Pido a Dios by Colombian singer Feid, Bleaching Daisies by Laura Fisher, and Hella Text by Tiara Imani. Her background roles include appearances in prominent shows like the final season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, season 1 of Amazon’s Shelter, FX’s American Sports Story: Aaron Hernandez, and a campaign for Bulleit Ready to Serve. In August 2024 she also had the opportunity to open a stand-up comedy set for Hannah Einbinder and Chris Flemming at Largo, Los Angeles.

In addition to her acting career, Braeden is an accomplished model. She has walked in four seasons of New York Fashion Week, working with over 63 designers.  Her modeling portfolio includes editorial spreads for Vanguard Magazine and Moveux Magazine, as well as commercial campaigns for well-known brands like Panera Bread, Brooklyn Brewery, and Le Monde Gourmand, as well as several collaborations with lesser-known brands and small businesses.

Braeden’s experience behind the scenes is equally impressive. She has spent several years working in production, beginning as a Production Assistant and advancing to roles like Office PA and Production Coordinator. Her production credits include working on major campaigns such as Justin Bieber and Shawn Mendes’ Monster music video, and ad campaigns for Gucci, Sauza, and Pringles. In 2020, she assisted renowned photographer Tierney Gearon on cover story photoshoots for Italian Vogue and Vanity Fair, further expanding her expertise in creative production environments.

Her unique skill set includes boxing, pole-dancing, and the ability to perform with an authentic Irish accent. After spending several years modeling in New York City, Braeden recently moved back to Los Angeles to fully commit to her acting career. She is enthusiastic about bringing her talent, energy, and dedication to future projects and is always ready to contribute to the best of her ability.
